Tour summary

Day 1 - Monday

After arriving in Nairobi we transfer straight down to Naivasha where you will see the beauty of the Rift Valley from the shores of the Lake.

Day 2 - Tuesday

A chance for you to explore the local area which includes Hells Gate National Park, Mount Longonot and Crescent Island.

Day 3 - Wednesday

After activities such as boating or cycling around the lake you can relax at the home of Joy Adamson called Elsamere and enjoy the sumptuous tea and cakes on offer.

Day 4 - Thursday

This morning we head off into the Masai Mara, where if we are lucky we catch a glimpse of the famous wildebeest and Zebra Migration.

Day 5 - Friday

Game driving around the park, means keeping your eyes peeled for all the elusive animals, and maybe even spot some of the stars from Big Cat Diary.

Day 6 - Saturday

After a final game drive we head off in the direction of Nairobi where in the evening we can taste the delights of Kenya at the famous Carnivores Restaurant, just as good for vegetarians.

Day 7, 8, 9 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

From Nairobi you will then fly down to the beautiful island of Lamu, where you can spend days relaxing in the splendour of a seaside villa, with white sandy beaches and all the wonders of a traditional Swahili lifestyle.

Day 10 - Wednesday

From Lamu you will then fly back up to Nairobi where you finish the trip and to connect with your flights home.
